HEY THERE, I’M MASON. I'M A COMMERCIAL PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE SF BAY AREA.
Once upon a time, I graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in both Mechanical & Nuclear Engineering. My future was bright, and my parents were proud. Then, I decided to put my engineering training to good use and...followed my passion into design and photography. My parents were still proud, but just a little unsure of my future.
I'm happy to report that they've finally come around on my choices in life, and have stopped asking me if I "ever plan on using my degrees"; to be fair, it might just be that they've realized I no longer remember anything from college.
When I'm not busy snapping portraits in my studio or running Two Dudes Photo, I'm probably in my happiest place - at home with my wife and three children.
